What is the franchise application process to own a Beauty Spa Club International Spa?
Please note: this is a brief overview of the franchising process only. Meeting all requirements does not ensure a successful application.
  1. You expressed interest to learn more by either completing our online ‘Expression of Interest’ form or called and spoke to our Business Development Manager.
  2. Our BDM will assess the suitability of both parties and will send a Welcome Package which includes; Introduction to Beauty Spa Club International, an overview of who we are, how our franchise system works, worksheet of financial information, product & FAQ’s.
  3. Your financial statements will be reviewed by our Financial Management Team. Your preliminary application is then assessed and you will be sent a second package which includes a confidentiality agreement, request for deposit ($5,000) and a follow up call from our BDM.
  4. Upon acceptance the Franchise Solicitor will send you:
    • Instruction Letter
    • Draft Franchise Agreement
    • Copy of Franchise Code of Conduct
    • Disclosure Document
  5. Once forms are completed, signed and sent back to the Solicitor for review, a meeting is setup with our franchise specialists to discuss the agreement and assess your action plans (bring your own business plan).
  6. Franchise solicitor will draft final documents and once approved, final payment will be taken.

How much does it cost to own a franchise?

Becoming a part of Beauty Spa Club International

Initial Cost

Becoming a Beauty Spa Club International business owner involves an initial franchise fee of $55,000 plus GST.

This initial franchise fee provides you:

Ongoing Costs

The standard contribution to BSCI is 7% of gross revenue paid weekly.

The contribution covers the following:

  • Bi-annual meetings attended by all BSCI business owners
  • Training workshops customised to BSCI
  • 2 visits a year with the BSCI service and support team at your spa
  • Refresher training when required
  • Marketing tools & templates to confidently market your local area
  • Full time support from BSCI Head Office
  • Quarterly benchmarking audits of all BSCI spas

  • BSCI branded uniforms

Marketing levy

Standard contribution is 1% of gross revenue weekly to the BSCI marketing levy to ensure the BSCI name and label is constantly being enforced. This marketing levy is managed by the BSCI marketing team for BSCI business owners and/or managers.

This cost covers:

  • Maintenance and development of the BSCI website – www.beautyspaclubint.com
  • Full access to all marketing images/photos from the in-house BSCI graphic designer
  • Complimentary access to promotional marketing material
  • Complimentary access to our 1800 telephone number for full time support and guidance
  • Complimentary access to the BSCI membership program
  • Complimentary access to our Member Loyalty Rewards Program and Spa Talk website for online purchases and discounts
